John 11:25-26
Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die.
Our mom passed away last night at 11:30pm. July 2nd was both the halfway point of the year and the same day as the huge announcement came out that the 2nd, (and likely best so far) drug to fight Alzheimer’s was fully approved by the FDA (Donanamab). I am as confident that she is in heaven as I am that the sky is up and I am thankful for that comfort.
We will have the funeral Saturday. Here is the obituary although there are parts still being added as I type.
If you knew my mom, please remember the great times, the music, the art, the laughter, and the fun.
Thank you all so much for the encouragement, thoughts and prayer. I will post more next week not only in recap of my Longest Day event, but her passing. But for now I need to rest. Blessings to each and every one of you!
