After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” –Revelation 7:9-10
Hi all! Happy Monday. 🙂 We have a major snowstorm bearing down on us and my car (Tempo1), worth $300 on a good day if I kept my roll of quarter collection in the glove box, got hit in Planet Fitness’ parking lot (the person left with no note) and converted into one worth $100. Not an ideal time for another big expense, but it is what it is.
Today, just briefly, I wanted to commend to you a series on Netflix called Navillera that I finished up Sunday after church. Here is its trailer:

This short, 12-episode series packs a punch. It tells the story of Mr. Sim and his family. Mr. Sim, a retired postal worker at 70 years+ old decides to take up his lifelong dream: to learn ballet and perform Swan Lake. As a bit of a semi-spoiler, remember that this is a dementia blog for the most part, so that factors in as well. It is outstanding, clean, exciting, and artsy. I would love to hear if anyone else found this as enjoyable and as enlightening on our topic as I did.
No real news on mom. I will see her tomorrow just before the snomageddon hits, then probably not for several days as we dig out. She is warm, well-fed, not in pain, and safe. I wish things were easier, but it could certainly be worse.
