Mom slept tonight most of the night. Thank you for your prayer. Keep praying…
millions didn’t sleep. 🙂
The Psalmist in Psalm 55 was always in fear for his life. This is a section of this beautiful song:
And I say, “Oh, that I had wings like a dove!
I would fly away and be at rest;
yes, I would wander far away;
I would lodge in the wilderness; Selah
I would hurry to find a shelter
from the raging wind and tempest.”
Christ is our rest-giver both from trying to earn heaven with our deeds and rest in times of trial and fear. Thank you, Lord.
The large ring on the left is a ring mom has had for her entire life. It was made from a spoon that her grandma used when she first got married and set up a home.
The middle ring was borrowed from one of the ladies there. There appears to be a community property reality at the memory unit. We reported it and it was returned to someone the next visit.
The far right ring was her wedding ring.
Missing is her double hand ring I got her in Israel. It returned and is now stored lest it too becomes community property.
